RETURN POLICY

We are committed to exceptional service—even if a product does not meet your expectations. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to receive a proper return authorization. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

30 day limit from date of purchase for all items purchased throughout the year except during our Holidays season.

Customers are be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.

Items eligible for exchange or return:

  • Item order was placed no longer than 30 days ago (includes defects).
  • Item must be  unwashed, unworn, without signs of staining or use, and with original tags and packaging. 

Items with the conditions outlined below may not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Orders that were placed more than 30 days ago (includes defects).
  • Orders that have not been returned within 30 days of initiating a return request.
  • Items that have stains or signs of usage.
  • Items purchased at discount or items purchased with a promotional code.
  • Items no longer available at FightLifeFlow.com

Returns Refunds:

  • Refund goes back to original payment method once approved item is received back in original packaging. 
  • Original shipping cost does not get refunded
  • Refund approved at our discretion after review or request meeting approved conditions.

Exchanges:

  • Can only exchange an item for a smaller or larger size (if available).
  • Responsible for all shipping costs.
